Set in 17 acres of grounds and with frontage to the River Ouse, Saltmarshe Hall is an elegant and important Grade II listed regency house described by many to one of Yorkshires best kept secrets.
From the knighting of Sir Lionel Saltmarshe by William the Conquerer in 1067, the Saltmarshe Estate has remained with the Saltmarshe family for over 900 years.
The abandoned servants quarters of Saltmarshe Hall are thought to be rife with paranormal activity and ghostly sightings. Explore the deserted North Wing of the Hall and network of cellars beneath, This is an Extreme ghost hunting experience ..... One that you won't forget for a long time.... Will we see the White Lady that is said to roam the dark and eerie abandoned area of Saltmarshe Hall....
